Agreement

These terms apply to the use of LedgerBazaar. By creating an account, you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

The account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• The information given must be correct, and the email address must be one you can read.
• Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done in your account.

The service

LedgerBazaar keeps records of market purchases, payments and shop dues, and of general expenses such as rent and bills, and shows reports of them. It does not move money: every payment to a shop happens outside the app, and the app only records it.

Trial and subscription

• Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with all features.
• After that, a subscription of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months continues the use, at the prices shown in the app when you renew.
• The payment is made by bKash or bank transfer, and its transaction reference is then submitted in the app. The subscription starts once the payment is verified.
• When the trial or subscription runs out, all records can still be viewed, and purchases, payments and expenses can still be deleted; adding and editing purchases, payments and expenses stop until it is renewed.

Acceptable use

• Use LedgerBazaar only for lawful record keeping.
• Do not try to reach other accounts, overload or break the service, or copy it.
• Do not submit a false payment reference.

Your data

The records you enter belong to you. They are used only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of them, or the deletion of the account, can be asked for at any time.

Availability

The aim is to keep LedgerBazaar available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Keep your own copy of anything important, for example a shop ledger PDF.

Responsibility

LedgerBazaar is provided as it is. The totals and dues come from what is entered, so check them before relying on them. LedgerBazaar is not responsible for losses caused by wrong entries or by the service being unavailable.

Suspension

An account that breaks these terms may be suspended. You can stop using LedgerBazaar at any time and ask for the account to be deleted.

Changes

When these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Important changes are also announced in the app or by email.
